Abstract/Summary:
Job burnout is a state of low mood and physical and mental exhaustion caused by long-term pressure in daily work.Job burnout often appears negative work,procrastination,no life goals and other manifestations of burnout.With the rapid development of China’s economy in the past two or three decades,the pace of people’s work and life has been accelerating,and they have to face a variety of pressures,resulting in job burnout in all walks of life.At present,the patrol police bear the important responsibility of maintaining the national security and social order stability.Because of the complex social management and the huge increase of workload,the patrol police often bear the very big work pressure.At this time,under the joint action of external factors and their own factors,different degrees of job burnout often occurs in the police,and a series of adverse effects,seriously affecting the work efficiency and the image of the police.In this article,through the social science research methods of questionnaire investigation and interview method,the two methods of L area patrol special police,public security bureau police station,authority unit respectively from 80,60,60 staff questionnaires and four patrol special police agency units 2,2 the policemen,civilian police to interview to obtain the basic data of the present study Through statistical analysis of the obtained data,the current situation of job burnout of the respondents is obtained.Combined with the basic information obtained,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the causes of job burnout,and then draws lessons from the rich experience of advanced countries and regions in preventing and alleviating the job burnout of police,and puts forward targeted opinions and effective solutions according to the reality of L district.The research of this paper will be conducive to the physical and mental health and personal career development of the L district police,improve the work efficiency of the unit,and then help to improve the image of the police team in the hearts of the people.
