| In recent years,with the continuous development and expansion of Baoding urban area,the number of permanent residents in the urban area and the number of motor vehicles have been increasing year by year.By the end of 2020,the number of automobiles in Baoding urban area has reached 408,000.The contradiction between the huge number of cars and the limited urban traffic carrying capacity makes the urban traffic problems become increasingly prominent.The traditional traffic management mode can not adapt to the development of modern traffic and can not solve many problems in traffic management.Under this background,the traffic management department of Baoding actively explores the new management mode of intelligent traffic management.Intelligent transportation makes use of new generation technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence to break industry barriers and realize data and information sharing.Through data collection and analysis and deep mining,it provides help to decision makers and makes traffic management more efficient and intelligent.Intelligent transportation has the advantages of efficient and intensive,safe and convenient,green and sustainable,and intelligent transportation management has the characteristics of diversification,individuation,intensification and service.Intelligent traffic management improves management efficiency and management level,and provides convenience and guarantee for citizens to travel.In line with the principles of forward-looking,demand-oriented,intensive and integrated,the construction of intelligent traffic management in Baoding City has established a three-year overall construction plan and established a complete intelligent traffic management system step by step.The overall architecture of intelligent traffic management in Baoding is "1+1+1+N",that is,an intelligent perception network,an intelligent traffic management brain,an "integrated" command platform and multiple intelligent application platforms.Through literature research,comparative analysis,field research and questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes some problems existing in the current situation of intelligent traffic management in Baoding and the causes of these problems,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the intelligent traffic management in Baoding.To strengthen the construction of intelligent traffic management in Baoding,first of all,we should change our thinking and understanding,raise the degree of attention,improve the top-level planning,increase capital investment,and encourage technological innovation.Secondly,it is necessary to strengthen the system construction,enhance the coordination and integration of departments,strengthen the infrastructure construction,realize information sharing and data fusion,improve the system platform construction,ensure information security,pay attention to talent training,increase talent reserve;Finally,it is necessary to strengthen the traffic publicity work,improve the publicity methods,pay attention to the publicity results,to provide better traffic information services for the masses.The traffic management department of Baoding City should actively use the new management mode of intelligent traffic management,take multiple measures to speed up the development,solve the urban traffic problems as soon as possible,people-oriented,promote the healthy development of the smart city of Baoding City,so as to make the citizens’ lives better. |
