As the most basic government organization,the township has the most direct contact with the masses.The quality of service and the work ability of the township civil servants reflects the image of the township party committee and government directly.With the development of the past few years,the township civil servant team has been growing,and a large number of outstanding young people joining this team.The rank of young civil servants in towns and townships has been increasing year by year.Youth groups,with their diversified personality and distinct quality characteristics,play an irreplaceable role in the public management and central work of the government,and grow into the mainstay of the township civil servants gradually.Firstly,the paper sorts out and summarizes the concepts and theories that are closely related to the incentive mechanism of civil servants to form the analytical framework of the research.Secondly,from the aspects of the personnel and post distribution,salary and welfare treatment,promotion and selection mechanism,career happiness and job satisfaction,this paper expounds the current situation of the operation of the incentive mechanism for young township civil servants in TX city.Thirdly,based on the results of empirical research,this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes in the incentive operation of young township civil servants in TX city,from the aspects of the appropriate salary system,promotion mechanism for people and posts to implement performance assessment.Finally,combined with the practical problems in the incentive mechanism of TX city’s young township civil servants,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to further improve the incentive mechanism of TX city’s young township civil servants.The paper points out that by improving the salary incentive system,improving the promotion mechanism of publicity and diversification,strict assessment,and strengthening the reward and punishment effect that attaches equal importance to restraint and incentive,it can stimulate the entrepreneurial vitality and work enthusiasm of young civil servants in towns.Practice has proved that it is of profound social significance and value to study the incentive mechanism of young civil servants in townships.To further improve the incentive mechanism for young civil servants in townships is not only related to the improvement of the overall quality of civil servants in towns and villages,but also related to the improvement of the administrative efficiency of township governments and the development of various social and economic undertakings.Based on the actual situation of the current township youth civil servants in TX city,this paper studies the incentive mechanism of the young township civil servants,and focuses on mobilizing the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of the young civil servants in townships,so as to improve the administrative efficiency of the township governments.
