With the continuous growth of the civil servant team,many young people have joined the civil servant team,making the strength of the civil servant team more and more strong,and gradually become the backbone of local social governance.In the new era,young civil servants have generally received higher education,have a certain sense of innovation,and hope to achieve self-worth,and have a strong personalized needs.Therefore,the management of young civil servants has also put forward higher requirements,and a sound incentive mechanism is particularly urgent.With the continuous deepening of the reform of my country’s civil service system,there are still problems with inspirational mechanisms.It is difficult to meet the differentiated needs of civil servants’ groups,and it is difficult to achieve effective incentive effects.In response to young civil servants,they must thoroughly analyze their needs and formulate practical incentives in order to mobilize their enthusiasm and initiative,effectively change government service functions,and promote the steady development of local society.Under the guidance of hierarchy of needs theory,two-factor theory and reinforcement theory,this article selects young civil servants in H Town,L County,as the specific research object,explore the influencing factors of the incentive mechanism of young civil servants through standardized analysis and analysis,and obtain a large amount of first-hand data through questionnaire surveys,summarize and summarize the incentive needs of young civil servants,combine the current status of the Town incentive mechanism Analyze existing problems and why.Finally,think about optimizing the strategic thinking of the incentive mechanism of youth civil servants in the township.First,improve the salary and welfare system,the salary and benefits are tilted towards the township,and the remuneration is differentiated.Second,broaden the channels for promoting promotion,improve the way of parallel grades,clarify the promotion standards of young civil servants,and ensure fair and transparent promotion procedures;The assessment system,improve the incentive role of assessment,establish a detailed assessment standard,and pay attention to the use of assessment results;fourth,strengthen the incentive role of training,continue to update the concept of training,innovate training mode according to the needs of young civil servants;fifth,Strengthening the physical and mental health of young civil servants,improving the work and living environment of the township and villages,and giving young civil servants a full autonomy to ensure their normal vacation rest;sixth,improve the self-incentive mechanism of young civil servants.Through these methods,the enthusiasm for work of young civil servants in townships and townships,giving full play to their enthusiasm and initiative,cultivating their awareness of the people’s public servants,and realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
