A Narrative Study On The Exploration Of The Professional Development Path Of Young Pioneers Counselors

With the continuous enhancement of China’s comprehensive national strength and the continuous development and progress of society,under the background of the continuous promotion of educational reform,the professional development of Young Pioneers counselors has increasingly become a new hot topic in the field of education.It has attracted wide attention from society and schools.The professional development of Young Pioneers counselors is an important support to improve the quality of Young Pioneers’ work.With the increasing attention of Young Pioneers’ education work,the professional development of Young Pioneers counselors is also paid more and more attention.It is important to explore the path of professional development of Young Pioneers counselors to promote the professional development of counselors.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the professional development path of Young Pioneers counselors.This study selected the Young Pioneer team counselors from two schools in Kunming as the research object.Through observation and in-depth interviews,we can understand the current situation of the professional development path of the two Young Pioneers counselors,and analyze their effectiveness and shortcomings.And according to the analysis put forward the corresponding improvement suggestions.The paper is divided into four parts:The first part is introduction.This paper expounds the reasons,research purposes,research significance,core concept definition,literature review and research design.After reading a lot of literature,the author summarizes the relevant research and defines the concept of this paper.The second part is the professional development of the two counselors.Through in-depth interviews and observation,the basic situation,development story and development path similarities and differences of the two Young Pioneers counselors were analyzed.The third part is the current situation analysis of the professional development path of Young Pioneers counselors.The author analyzes the current situation of the professional development path of the Young Pioneers counselors from the government level,the school level,the family level and the individual level,and understands the effectiveness and shortcomings of the professional development path of the Young Pioneers counselors at different levels.The fourth part is to explore the effective path of the professional development of Young Pioneers counselors.In view of the shortcomings of the previous part,explore effective improvement path.First of all,we should strengthen the implementation of government policies and improve the management system for Young Pioneers counselors;secondly,consolidate the training resources of Young Pioneers counselors to ensure the professional development path of Young Pioneers counselors;Thirdly,optimize the external environment of Young Pioneers counselors’ professional development.
