Research On The Fire Safety Management Of Baguo Historic And Cultural Block In Lhasa

As an important part of China’s cultural heritage,historical and cultural blocks record historical evolution,reflect splendid national culture and inherit long folk customs.After the reform and opening up,with the continuous improvement of social and economic development and people’s living standards,the tourism industry has obviously enjoyed advantages and vitality of expansion.Ancient cities such as historical and cultural blocks have developed characteristic tourism and cultural industries with their unique charm,humanistic landscape and cultural value,which promotes the development of local economy.However,many famous cultural streets in China generally have the problem that the rapid development of tourism industry lags behind its management and protection,and the contradiction between development and protection coexists for a long time.Among them,fire safety is an important part of the prevention and control system of public safety in the whole society.In the process of development and construction of historical and cultural buildings at home and abroad,it is inevitable to encounter the trouble of fire hazards,and safety management is the basis and premise of tourism development.Tourism construction projects with hidden dangers greatly increase the risk of regional fire,and will inevitably be difficult to sustain and maintain.Tibet Lhasa eight profile because of its special historical and cultural block of history,geography,culture,architecture,folk characteristics,such as stock of fire safety management problems caused by long-term accumulation,how to take scientific and effective measures,in order to follow the rule of law,management,and advanced modern scientific means to actively respond to the historical and cultural blocks of fire prevention and control,is a worth thinking and discussion topics for a long time.This paper select the Lhasa Ba Kuo historical and cultural blocks,as the research object,through the risk management of empirical research to analyze the problems in the development in recent years and obstacles,and by using the analytic hierarchy process and expert evaluation method,the eight profile fire safety management status of establish a three-level index system,each unit according to the need hierarchy is divided into a number of factors,and from aspects of the possibility of a fire and fire hazards to analyze the factors of fire risk degree,the degree of danger of the component factors is the system risk analysis,thus proposed targeted measures to the fire of public management.
