| In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economic level and the synchronous growth of mass consumption demand and capacity,a variety of commercial complexes have appeared in many large,medium and small cities.Due to the characteristics of highly dense population,diversified business types and many combustibles in the commercial complex,once a fire accident occurs,it is easy to cause disastrous consequences.This paper studies the fire risk management of bailehua shopping mall in Shenzhen by using the fire risk management,relevant theories of risk management and fire risk assessment.Firstly,it analyzes the current situation of fire risk management in Shenzhen bailehua shopping mall,including the rules and regulations related to fire risk management,the construction of fire emergency team and the fire safety quality of employees,as well as the difficulties faced by fire risk management in shopping malls;Secondly,the on-site inspection method is used to identify the fire risk sources of Shenzhen bailehua shopping mall,and then analyze the fire risk of Shenzhen bailehua shopping mall;Then,the risk matrix is used to classify and evaluate the fire risk from two aspects: the possibility of fire and the harmfulness of fire;Then,according to different fire risk levels,the fire risk countermeasures are put forward.Finally,it is proposed to provide a comprehensive guarantee for the implementation of fire risk management in Shenzhen bailehua mall through supervision and inspection,capital,organization,system,science and technology and other safeguard measures.The research on fire risk management of Shenzhen bailehua shopping mall in this paper can help Shenzhen bailehua shopping mall improve fire risk management,promote enterprise reform,ensure shopping mall operation safety and obtain better economic benefits;On the other hand,it has certain reference significance for other commercial complexes to better improve relevant management work,prevent it before it happens,and further improve the overall management level of the industry. |
