With the acceleration of aging society and the intensification of the "4-2-1" family pattern also along with the rise and development of the Internet "wisdom +" model, the problem of "how to support the elderly" and "how to support the elderly with wisdom" has attracted people’s attention.Solving the pension problem of H City is one of the criteria for whether the elderly in H City can obtain happiness to a greater extent. In the context that the aging society is coming and the smart society rapidly makes progress,it is in urgent need to carry out the research on the smart home-based care service of urban community in our county-level cities. This thesis adopts the two ways of the interview and questionnaire on the elderly in H City.Based on this,it is found that the demand of smart care products for the elderly and smart care services for the elderly in H City is greater than the supply.Nevertheless, the formulation of policies and regulations is relatively general, which also exists bias for the role positioning.Although each main body plays a role in its own functional scope, the policy and capital support should be provided by government. The high development cost of enterprises leads to the high price of intelligent products; In the community, the content of the elderly care service is less and the level is lower and the elderly are not satisfied because there is no stable economic source. At the same time,by comparing the advanced experience at home and abroad,we can get some redeeming points. Finally, some solutions are put forward, such as government guidance, enterprise initiative, social co-governance and cooperation. Each subject plays its role within its own functional scope, the government should provide policy and financial support.Enterprises to independent innovation, active participation;Social organizations, communities and individual volunteers should increase publicity and participation, and actively explore new ways of elderly care,so as to promote the development of smart home-based elderly care services in county-level cities. |
