| Since the founding of New China in 1949,after more than 70 years of development,China ’ s economic,political,cultural,social and ecological construction has undergone enormous changes.People ’ s lives gradually become rich,and have a higher demand for life.For China ’ s large elderly population,how to provide for the aged has become an important livelihood issue discussed after dinner.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The aging problem has attracted the attention of the state and society,and China ’ s pension service has also entered a new era of pension.With the rapid development of science and technology,the birth of intelligent pension products has enabled the elderly to take the express train of the digital age and enjoy the smart life brought by the pension model in the new era.The community intelligent pension service is based on the community,using the Internet,big data and other intelligent technologies to establish a community intelligent pension service platform,the elderly in the community,public service institutions and other information for data integration,through the combination of online and offline,to provide diversified and personalized pension services for the elderly,to meet the needs of more elderly pension.However,due to the rapid development of China ’ s aging society,the research on community smart pension services is relatively late.It is in the stage of development while standardization,and the services provided are not applicable and incompatible.By sorting out the domestic and foreign literature on community smart pension services,this paper summarizes the research results of community smart pension at home and abroad,and collates and summarizes the policy and institutional documents of Dandong City in community smart pension services.Taking the elderly over 60 years old in Dandong City as the research object,the basic situation of the elderly and the demand for community smart pension services are investigated by questionnaire.Through the analysis of the questionnaire data of community intelligent pension service in Dandong City,it is found that the top-level design of community intelligent pension service platform is not standardized.Poor interconnection of information and data;the supply and demand of pension services are not in place.After analyzing the problems,it is found that the reason is that the planning and construction of community smart pension service platform is not perfect.the informatization construction of pension services is slow;the elderly care needs are not paid enough attention.Two cities are selected in China.Through the analysis of the current situation and ways of providing for the aged in the cities,the experience that can be used for reference in the development of community smart pension services in Dandong City is summarized.Combined with the collaborative governance theory and Maslow ’ s hierarchy of needs theory,it puts forward suggestions to solve the problem,and the government guides and improves the service platform to optimize the pension service.Multi-subject participation in collaborative linkage smooth pension services;to meet the needs of the elderly oriented balance pension services.Strengthen the training of intelligent pension service personnel,establish a network service to improve the frequency of use,the implementation of layered service to improve the adaptability.By putting forward corresponding suggestions on the problems of community intelligent pension service in Dandong City,it can better develop community intelligent pension service,provide humanized and intelligent pension service for the elderly,and make the elderly ’ s later life more convenient,comfortable and comfortable. |
