Research On Image Persentation Of Military Civilian Personnel In Mainstream Media

The modernization of national defense and the army is closely related to the modernization of organizational form.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,China has incorporated the reform of the military civilian system into the reform of military human resources.At present,with the deepening of national defense reform and military reform,China is at a critical moment in the modernization of the military.In addition to the continuous improvement of the military civilian personnel system,a large number of outstanding talents are pouring into the military camps,active in various fields of national defense and military construction,and undertake important tasks such as teaching and research.After the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the reform of the civilian personnel system has continued to deepen,and the revised 《Civilian Personnel Regulations of the People ’ s Liberation Army》 in 2017 marks a completely different development path from the past.With the acceleration of the national military professionalism reform,non-active civilian personnel are an important part of the military composition.Civilian positions play an important role in the development and construction of the military.The media image of civilian personnel is indispensable for the overall image of the military.The author selects the reports published on 《Liberation Army newspaper》 with civilian personnel as the main body to study,starting from multiple perspectives,to study the influence factors of news media for the image of military civilian personnel and change.The study finds that the image construction of military civilian personnel is closely related to the structural reform of the army.There are four main images of military civilian personnel : supporters and praiseers of military reform,contributors to military reform,participants in military construction and spokespersons for military reform.In addition,through the analysis of the content of the image construction of civilian personnel,the author reflects on the strategies and problems of the image construction of this group,in order to strengthen the image shaping effect of military civilian personnel through the systematic combing of the image communication content,and create a new business card for China ’ s military communication.Civilian personnel as a window to show the defense and military reform,showing the new image of the Chinese army in the new era.
