Research On The Improvement Of New Rural Community Governance Capacity ——A Case Study Of Matouji New Rural Community

The improvement of the governance ability of new rural communities is an important guarantee for people’s happiness and well-being,social harmony and stability,and the construction of harmonious communities.In the actual governance,while the new rural community governance has achieved results,the community governance capacity is affected by various factors,and the governance capacity still needs to be further improved.In this paper,the research on the improvement of governance capabilities of new rural communities is carried out under this background.This paper draws on Marxist thoughts on governance,elaborates the relevant concepts of new rural community governance,summarizes the situation and problems of new rural community governance,analyzes the causes of governance problems,and improves the ability of community governance by analyzing and solving problems.Level.The countermeasures for improving the governance capabilities of new rural communities are discussed from four aspects: improving government governance capabilities,residents’ participation capabilities,public service capabilities,and community industry development capabilities.This article is divided into four chapters,consisting of an introduction,text and conclusion.The first chapter introduces the research background and significance,domestic research review,research ideas and methods.The second chapter mainly sorts out related concepts and related theoretical foundations of new rural governance.Guided by Marxist thoughts on governance,especially drawing on and absorbing the theoretical viewpoints of governance in Chinese Marxism This is also the logical starting point of this article.The third chapter mainly analyzes the current situation of the governance of new rural communities and takes Matouji community as a case.First summarize the overall status of the new rural community governance,then describe the situation of the governance of the Matouji community,and finally combine the governance practices of the Matouji community with the government governance capacity,residents’ participation,community public services,and community industry in the governance of the new rural community.The governance problems in four aspects and the reasons for the problems are analyzed.The fourth chapter analyzes the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the governance ability of new rural communities.First of all,start with improving government governance capabilities,correctly position government functional roles,and strengthen the community’s ability to act in accordance with the law;second,mobilize residents’ enthusiasm to participate and improve their ability and level of participation;third,improve the new rural community public service system and improve public service levels;To vigorously develop community industries and strengthen the driving force for community development.
