Under the background of judicial reform,procuratorial organs pay more and more attention to personnel classification management and performance examine.Especially in the human resource management of the public department,the improvement of personal task performance plays an important role in the improvement of the overall performance of the public department.Based on this,the study of the factors affecting the performance of procuratorial staff plays an important role in seeking ways to improve the performance of staff tasks,promoting procuratorial organs to better play the role of legal supervision,and improving the efficiency of procuratorial organs.The various staff of the procuratorial organs are the backbone of the procuratorial organs,which determine the development prospects and direction of the procuratorial organs.The study of individual staff plays an important role in exploring the overall development of the procuratorial organs.Goal-oriented research originates from educational psychology,which mainly explores and analyze the motivation of learners to engage in learning behavior from the psychological point of view.Later after that,increasing scholars have introduced goal orientation into human resource management practice to study the relationship between goal orientation and job performance.According to the research result,the difference in individual goal orientation determines the difference in behavior,and this will have a different impact on performance.Although many scholars have made empirical studies on the relationship between employee’s goal orientation and task performance,they pay more focus on the investigation and research of enterprise employees,and less on the relationship between public department staff’s goal orientation and task performance.Under the background of judicial reform,the reform of classified management and performance examine of procuratorate staff is being gradually explored.Taking work input as an intermediary factor,this paper studies the goal orientation of staff of procuratorial organs and its impact on task performance,which is of great significance to improve the efficiency of management of procuratorate staff,and to achieve the goal of reforming the judicial responsibility system.This paper reviews the relevant research on goal orientation,task performance and work engagement.It adopts literature research,qualitative research,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to conduct the research.The main conclusions are as follows: Positive impact on task performance,prove that goal orientation positively affects task performance,and there is no significant correlation between evasion goal orientation and task performance.,Learning goal orientation positively affects work engagement,and there is no significant correlation between goal orientation and work engagement,and evading the negative impact of goal orientation on work engagement.Job involvement has a significant mediating effect on goal orientation and task performance.Personal attributes such as gender,age,education level,personnel category and working years have no significant impact on goal orientation,task performance and work engagement.In conclusions,the management enlightenment is drawn: First,the procuratorial organs need to pay attention to the promotion and training of employees’ learning goal orientation.They can assign different types of work according to the different characteristics of employees with different goal orientation.In staff training,they should encourage them to actively learn new knowledge and skills,and focus on improving their innovative ability.Secondly,it is necessary for procuratorial organs to create a more tolerant and free atmosphere,treat employees with an encouraging and open attitude towards failure,guide employees to adjust their escape goal orientation,and strengthen their work input so as to promote the improvement of task performance.Thirdly,the procuratorial organs should establish a work input management system and develop feasible and scientific measurement evaluation.Establish a comprehensive and multi-angle evaluation management system,so as to improve the staff’s work input and improve work performance. |
