The performance appraisal system of the City A Procuratorate has been in operation for many years and has played a positive role in the development and normal operation of the A City Procuratorate,but there are also many problems.The author starts from the current performance appraisal system of the A City Procuratorate and determines the research plan and research methods,including: literature analysis method,interview method,questionnaire method and content analysis method.For the situation of the performance appraisal system of the A City Procuratorate,a questionnaire was sent to the leadership and staff of the A City Procuratorate to conduct a questionnaire survey.And use SPSS19.0 to analyze the data to determine the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,adjust the questionnaire items,and descriptive analysis of the questionnaire data.All-round evaluation of the staff of A City Procuratorate on the current performance appraisal of the Procuratorate.The analysis shows that the current performance appraisal system can basically represent the effectiveness of the procuratorate’s work.The appraisal items designed in the performance appraisal can basically reflect the results of the work intuitively,and are also suitable for the main basis for appointment and removal of cadres and post adjustment.At the same time,it also exposed the performance appraisal and the prosecutor’s office in the handling of the case there is a certain contradiction.Through investigation and study,it is concluded that the current performance appraisal of the A City Procuratorate has certain value in fully reflecting the work’s development and providing power for the work.At the same time,there are also certain problems.The lack of a systematic theoretical system as a support for performance appraisal,the performance appraisal and evaluation form is too single,the performance appraisal has been deviated from the actual operation,and at the same time the innovation has resulted in a low rate of error tolerance.Ability is constrained.This study exploratively proposed the development countermeasures for the optimization of the performance appraisal system of the A City Procuratorate,deeply studied the performance appraisal theory system,and established a diversified assessment model.At the same time,it should also pay attention to improving the appraisal feedback mechanism.
