The Research On Learning Performance Mechanism Of Flight Cadets

The main purpose of this research is to explore the learning performance mechanism of flight cadets in the military environment. This research should be based on the theory of learning, achievement goal orientation, time management disposition and learning interest.At present, the related studies of Learning Performance often focus on how the single variable affects the final Learning Performance. But, the empirical studies that discuss learning performance mechanism model from several variable are not so much. In my research, I choose achievement goal orientation as the independent variable for Time Management Disposition, and take Learning Performance as dependent variable for Time Management Disposition. It will be helpful for us to understand the process of Learning Performance and examine the method on raising the Learning Performance. Finally, this research proposed the Learning Performance mechanism model about military flight cadets.In this research, I combine the methods of the theory study and the empirical study ; the literature study and the questionnaire study; The qualitative investigation and the quantitative investigation.Studyâ… :literature studyThis part planned to use the method of fundamental research to make a literature summary about the relationship between Achievement Goal Orientation, Time Management Disposition, Learning Interest as well as some foundational concept in near 20 years. Then summarized the conclusion which formerly made, and explored the question which needs for further studying. Finally, we proposed the model of Learning Performance Mechanism according to the literature search content.Studyâ…¡: questionnaire researchThis part planned to use the method of questionnaire research, and combined with the literature search findings, mainly taking flight cadets as the sample to analyze. The statistical methods included correlation analysis, multi-layer linear regression analysis, cluster analysis, and so on. And I inspected Learning Performance Mechanism based on Achievement Goal Orientation, Time Management Disposition and Learning Interest.Finally, we made a summary based on above findings' foundation, and got the paper's research conclusion, the theory progress, and the research limitation. Furthermore, we carried on the summary on the theoretical significance and the practical significance, and proposed the forecast.This article obtained the following several research conclusions: (1) The sense of time monitoring and time efficacy of military college students is proportional to their Learning Performance. Achievement-approach and mastery-approach have significant positive correlation with Learning Performance. (2) Time Management Disposition has the forward immediate influence function. Achievement Goal Orientation has the forward immediate influence function. (3) The agency effect of Time Management Disposition on Achievement Goal Orientation and Learning Performance is marked. (4) Learning Interest has the cushioning effect between Time Management Disposition and Learning Performance. (5) The Learning Performance has the forward influence function to Time Management Disposition and Achievement Goal Orientation.
