Recently,renewable energy has highly developed in China which leading the world in scale.Generation is the most important utilization of renewable energy,including centralized generation and distributed generation.Centralized renewable power use traditional grid by transmission,substation,and distribution,while distributed generation based on micro grid is able to supply close users directly by newest energy storage and distribution system.In fact,micro grid with distributed renewable generation is so flexible and efficient that they are the best system to solve large quantity and various renewable energy,which has become the focus of future development in the field of energy.However,the micro grid with distributed generation is stuck by traditional power grid and its regulation system,because their technical characteristics put forward new demands about innovation of operation mode,especially the corresponding admittance system.In particular,the reformation of electric power system is lagging behind,so we should further improve the market mechanism at first.Second,the traditional regional franchise is monopoly,so we should make the micro grid construction to implement the orderly liberalization.At last,renewable portfolio standard should be conducive to the direction of the micro grid and distributed renewable energy.Based on technical characteristics and operation mode of micro grid with distributed renewable energy,this article reorganizes the newest supporting documents and relevant laws of power system reforms,and investigates some other countries,then provides reference for the perfection of admittance of the micro grid with distributed renewable energy.In the future,China will have a better renewable energy market which certainly be in favor of technological innovation and industrial upgrading direction,and will take the road of reform by rule of law at top speed.
