| Food is the paramount necessity of the people,and food safety,based on its public attribute,inevitably requires government regulation.At the same time,it has become a long-standing problem of government regulation based on its complexity.Based on the empirical study of food safety government regulation in the catering industry of Huzhou city,this paper explores the way to solve the food safety government regulation problem in the catering industry under the current situation,and tries to contribute to the solution of this problem.The main content of this paper is based on the theories of market failure,government function and system innovation,and on the basis of referring to the overseas government regulation mode of food safety,it explores the mode and specific measures of China’s government regulation of food safety.At the same time,taking Huzhou city as an example,the content,performance and problems of the government supervision of food safety in Huzhou city were investigated,the influencing factors were analyzed,and the countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.In the introduction part,the paper first expounds the background,purpose and significance of the research,conducts a literature review on the current research situation at home and abroad,and establishes the research thinking from macro to micro,from theory to demonstration based on the previous research results.Then it has carried on the related concepts and theoretical basis for analysis,for the food industry,food safety,government supervision,food safety regulation,such as concept definition,combed the market failure,government functions,the system innovation such as basic theory,and introduces the foreign mode of food safety regulation,for our country’s food safety regulation for subsequent path research lay the foundation.Next is the improvement plan of food safety supervision of the catering industry in Huzhou city,including the general idea of work,work organization,work steps,work requirements,etc.,and the specific improvement plan is proposed from the perspective of government decision-making.The last part is the countermeasures to improve the government supervision performance of food safety in the catering industry of Huzhou city,including implementing funds guarantee,strengthening the supervision intensity and improving the methods and methods of supervision. |
