Research On The Evolution Of Kyrgyzstan Political System

The evolution of the regime is a complex dynamic process,affected by many factors,and full of uncertainty.Therefore,it is not a problem that can be solved by applying a theoretical analysis paradigm.Whether in Central Asia or Asian countries,the evolution of Kyrgyzstan’s political system is particularly typical.Kyrgyzstan’s frequent constitutional promulgation and regime change in the process of political system construction have led to many political crises,reflecting the complexity and tortuous nature of the political system evolution.From advocating Western democratic politics to the strengthening of parliamentary power,Kyrgyzstan has taken the balance of the power of the president and parliament as the main line.Under the leadership of its politicalelite,it has experienced 8 constitutional amendments,6 referendums,and two color revolutions.Presidential system,presidential parliamentary system,parliamentary presidential system and parliamentary system.The long-term economic downturn,the irrational construction of the political system,the division of ethnic groups in the north and south,and the strategic game of great powers are the main reasons for the frequent evolution of its political system.However,the root cause is that the mechanical copying of the Western-style democratic political system is not in line with the development of the national conditions,and the main reason is the inability to maintain the stability of the political system.The evolution of Kyrgyzstan’s political system has shown that simple transplantation of foreign systems cannot solve the country’s democratic practice.It must be combined with its own national conditions,so that the choice of political system can adapt to the needs of the country’s economic,political,and traditional cultural development,and adopt a political system with its own characteristics.The road of construction is the fundamental way to achieve long-term stability in the country.
