Lanzhou From The Perspective Of Cooperative Production Study On Interaction Mode Between Police And People

In 2018,the public security organs of Gansu Province listed community policing as one of the five key police operations,and the key to the further development of community policing is the degree of interaction between the police and the community,that is,the benign interaction between the community police and the community residents.Province two stage has launched a number of policy documents,to promote community policing work hard to provide institutional guarantee,conduct regular Jing Ying Open Day,the police volunteer service day and trill platforms such as positive publicity,the police image is greatly improved,increasingly frequent interaction between the people,but our country is a large country,and regional difference is big,directly affects the degree of economic development between regions,As a result,there are differences in the funds,organization and even working concepts of the local public security forces,and even different grass-roots police stations in the same area have different working methods in community policing activities.Community policing work has been passive for a long time and has not played its due role.In particular,Gansu Province is affected by the lagging economic development.In the actual work,there are still some problems,such as unscientific police force allocation,inaccurate public opinion guidance,and unrealistic assessment and incentive,which make the interaction between police and people under community policing unable to be further promoted and popularized.In order to solve the above problems,this paper investigates and studies the interaction between police and the public in the community policing activities in Lanzhou by means of questionnaires and interviews.Based on the new public governance theory and cooperative production theory,it analyzes and studies the cognition of the main body,ways and channels,institutions and mechanisms of the interaction between police and the public.First,theoretical analysis.Through inducting and summarizing the research results of relevant scholars at home and abroad,find out the aspects lacking in theory;Secondly,taking the interaction between the police and the public in the community policing in Lanzhou City as the object,the paper analyzes the current situation of the interaction between the police and the public in the current reform of the community policing in Lanzhou City,and sorts out the existing problems.Thirdly,based on the problems existing in the interaction between the police and the people in Lanzhou community policing,this paper analyzes the reasons from the interaction subjects,interaction modes and channels,etc.Finally,it puts forward the path of constructing the "cooperative production" interaction mode between police and people in Lanzhou.The research results of this paper are helpful to promote the interaction between police and people and improve the effectiveness of community policing.On the one hand,it can regulate the interaction between the police and the people,and on the other hand,it can simplify the work tasks,so as to provide replicable and feasible mass work methods for the grass-roots community police,so as to promote the comprehensive development of community police work in Gansu Province.
