| Data has undoubtedly become the most valuable resource in the era of big data.The government has become the largest data owner in today’s society due to its special status.Opening government data can not only drive the public to tap the value of data,but also improve the level of government governance.Therefore,how to revitalize the stock data and release the value of the data has become a frontier topic that academia pays attention to.Based on the existing research,this paper attempts to explore an evaluation index system suitable for the utilization of open government data in China,combining with the status quo and characteristics of my country’s government data open platform.First,the Delphi method is used to deal with the uncertainty of the evaluation indicators.Second,the analytic hierarchy process is used to objectively describe the weights of the indicators.Finally,62 local government data open platforms are empirically measured to understand the existence of open data utilization.In order to provide a reference for improving the service capabilities of government data open platforms in the future.The research results show that the comprehensive evaluation scores of various local government data open platforms in my country are generally low.Overall,the comprehensive evaluation scores of provincial and sub-provincial platforms are higher than prefecture-level cities.Among them,the comprehensive evaluation scores of the data utilization results of each platform are relatively high,and the comprehensive evaluation scores of the data utilization support level are low.From a partial point of view,the comprehensive evaluation scores of each platform incubation center index are low,but the subject range covered by the linked data is relatively even.In addition,each platform also has problems such as a small amount of linked data,uneven distribution of users,and few textual content of user reviews. |
