| In the nineteen major reports of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward for the first time that the organizational structure of grass-roots party organizations should be strengthened with the emphasis on enhancing organizational strength.This is a new directive of the 19th National Congress on the construction of the party’s grass-roots organizations.Colleges and universities are not only the important source of the development of the theory of Party building,but also the important carrier of the construction of Party organizations.As a key part of the Party Construction in Colleges and universities,the teachers’ Party branch is an important object of the party organization construction at the grass-roots level.To improve the construction of the organizational power of the teachers’ Party branch not only responds to the new requirements of the Party Central Committee for the grass-roots party construction in the new era,but also responds to the practical needs of the healthy development of colleges and universities.As a carrier to ensure that the party’s line,policy and decision-making can be implemented in the University,the Party branch of university teachers is an important guarantee to adhere to the direction of socialist education.The organizational power of the teachers’ Party branch in Colleges and universities is directly related to whether the party’s image in the teachers’group is good,whether the ruling foundation of the party in the teachers’ group is solid,and whether the foundation of the party in Colleges and universities is weakened.How to play the role of the organizational power of the college teachers’ Party branch has become an important issue in the development of higher education and talent training.The research mainly follows the internal logic of "defining the main body-finding problems-proposing solutions".The framework of the article is divided into the basic connotation,theoretical support,existing situation and solution path of the organizational power of the Party branch of university teachers.Based on the above research ideas,in the early stage of collection and learning of the academic community has achieved relevant results,based on the relevant theories and policies,to define the organizational power of the college teachers’ Party branch.Based on the concept of "six forces" put forward by Li Xiaoxin,drawing on the scientific research achievements of Xiao Shuang and other scholars,and based on the main characteristics of the Party branch of teachers in Colleges and universities,this paper attempts to put forward four elements,including the ability of political leadership,the ability of rallying,the ability of identifying and fighting,and the ability of structural optimization.It also analyzes the formation mechanism of the elements,and interprets them from the sources and influencing factors.The main methods of finding problems are questionnaire and interview survey.Through the interview survey of different teachers,a questionnaire named "Research on the strategies of improving the organizational power of the teachers’ Party branch in Colleges and universities" is finally made.Through the data analysis,some deficiencies in the construction of the organizational power of the teachers’ Party branch are found.The outstanding performance is to affirm the political leadership ability and look forward to further strengthening the ideological and political work of teachers,to identify the rallying call ability and to further strengthen the spiritual resonance of teachers,to identify the fighting ability and to further play the active role of teachers’ subject and to recognize the structural optimization ability and to further optimize the setting and innovation carrier.In view of the problems,based on the four elements of the principle of unified promotion to put forward the path,improve the overall organizational power of the teachers’ Party branch. |
