The report to the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stressed that "we should focus on improving our organizational capacity and give prominence to our political functions".The student party branch is the party’s grass-roots organization in colleges and universities,shouldering the mission of implementing the party’s line,principles and policies among college students.The construction of its organizational power is an important measure to test the work of the grass-roots party construction,which can reflect the effectiveness of the work of the grass-roots party organization construction from the side.Therefore,the student Party branch in colleges and universities should strive to complete the task of implementing the Party’s line,principles and policies,and convey the important instructions and spirits of the Party in place and put them into practice.To better complete the fundamental task of moral education and close contact with the mission of The Times.This paper revolves around the promotion of the organizational strength of the Party branch of college students,which is composed of the introduction,the text of three chapters and the conclusion.The introduction part elaborates the era background,research purpose and research significance of the promotion of the organizational power of the party branch of college students in the new era.This paper analyzes the current situation of the research on the organizational power of the grass-roots party organizations in China and the current situation of the research on the organizational theory abroad.The main research methods,including literature research,theory and practice,logic analysis,are put forward.Finally,the paper summarizes the innovation points of this paper.The first chapter mainly elaborates the related concepts and theoretical basis of the promotion of the organizational power of university student party branches.In the concept aspect,including the organization force,university student party branch,university student party branch organization force concept.In terms of theoretical basis,it mainly takes Marx,Engels and Lenin as the representative of foreign Marxist classical writers and the CPC’s theory of building the organizational power of grass-roots Party organizations.At the same time,from the perspective of organizational behavior,this paper analyzes the theories related to organizational design theory,leadership science theory,team building theory,group behavior and communication theory.The second chapter mainly elaborates the current situation of improving the organizational power of college student party branches,including the current achievements and existing problems.In the aspect of the achievements,including the ideological and political consciousness of the student group,the construction of the student party branch system,the quality of the student party members and the construction of the study-oriented and service-oriented innovative political party,we have made remarkable achievements.In the aspect of the existing problems,mainly from the political leadership,organizational coverage,mass cohesion,mass appeal and self-innovation of five aspects of the student party branch organizational strength of the existing problems.The third chapter mainly gives solutions to the five problems mentioned in the previous chapter,namely,political leadership,organizational coverage,mass cohesion,mass appeal and self-innovation.Starting from the emphasis on political leadership,to the innovation of the student party branch organization operation mode,strengthen the mass cohesion,and then to the mass appeal as the support,with self-innovation as the internal power,strictly grasp the main work within the party,do a good job in the implementation of the party branch tasks.The conclusion part summarizes the main content of this paper,analyzes the existing deficiencies,and gives suggestions for the improvement of the organizational strength of the student party branches in colleges and universities in the future.
