| Under the new situation of the new era,the employment of personnel of institutions has changed from the original temporary work to normal,because of the establishment of institutions,the current establishment of institutions in China,some posts exist long-term by the employment of personnel responsible for the phenomenon,especially window-type institutions,in order to ensure the normal operation of business work,the general employment of personnel directly responsible for a business development situation.However,due to the imperfection of the relevant mechanisms such as personnel management and performance appraisal,the incentive effect on the employment of personnel is not reflected,resulting in the low enthusiasm of hiring personnel,the lack of service consciousness of the employment personnel of window-type institutions,seriously affecting the effective construction of service-oriented government.In this paper,the W City Real Estate Registration Center hired personnel under the new management model of performance appraisal as the research object,the use of field research,multi-party interviews and other methods,explore the W City institutions to hire personnel management on the window-type institutions,the W City Real Estate Registration Center hired personnel and the establishment of personnel performance appraisal comparison,combined with the W City Real Estate Registration Center to analyze the performance appraisal of personnel,analysis of the existing problems and reasons,To improve the window-type institutions to hire personnel performance appraisal advice,strengthen performance appraisal to promote the incentive for the hiring of personnel,in order to improve the comprehensive quality of the employed personnel,the implementation of the effective management of the employed personnel,improve the overall efficiency of public institutions,give full play to public service functions,improve the quality of public services.In today’s information age,the public demand for public services is getting higher and higher,but the overall quality of employment personnel still needs to be improved,especially in real estate registration centers and other window-type institutions that directly serve the people,the staff’s business ability,work attitude and other requirements are more stringent,to further improve the quality of public service,we must strengthen the management of employment personnel,especially to strengthen the scientific and effective use of the performance appraisal of employees,to mobilize the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of the hiring staff,We will further improve the ability and efficiency of the employed staff and promote the improvement of the level of public service. |
