In just a few decades,the Internet has changed the world at an unprecedented speed,and technological innovation and social change are intertwined.The Internet endows each individual with infinite possibilities,which enables the maximum release of individual value.Everyone can get unlimited possibilities through the network.By June 2020,China has 940 million Internet users,932 million mobile Internet users,931 million Internet broadband access ports nationwide,and the Internet penetration rate has reached 67.0%.Technology is neutral but biased.A quick mind,quick learning ability,healthy body……Network technology is more favorable to people with these characteristics,while the elderly group is not fully equipped with these characteristics.Therefore,in front of network technology,the elderly group becomes a "digital vulnerable group".Through combing and reviewing the previous literature,this paper takes the urban elderly group as the research object,and measures the network media literacy of urban elderly group from the four dimensions of perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,perceived risk and compatibility four dimensions measurement network media literacy of urban elderly,found that urban elderly network media literacy in a hierarchical levels.But at the same time,it is also found that the urban elderly group’s ability to identify false information on the Internet is insufficient,especially the network fraud information has brought great harm to the retirement life of the urban elderly group.Based on the research conclusions and the problems found,this paper proposes to strengthen the aging of network equipment,reduce the difficulty of the elderly group to use network media;strengthen intergenerational feedback,build a continuing education system for elderly groups,and create a good social atmosphere;strengthen the role of the government,introduce corresponding policies to help urban elderly groups better use the Internet media.Meanwhile,the supervision of false information should be strengthened,so as to help the urban elderly to better integrate into the digital society. |
