Current Situation And Comparative Study Of Information Literacy Of The Elderly Under The Model Of Home-Based Elderly Care And Institutional Old-Age Care

With the acceleration of China’s aging population and the improvement of social informatization,the information literacy of the elderly has become a problem that cannot be ignored.At present,China is accelerating the construction of the elderly care service system.In this service system,the home elderly care model and the institutional elderly care model are two representative old-age care models.This paper studies the information literacy of the elderly under these two models,which is helpful to understand the current situation and differences of information literacy of the elderly under different old-age care models.It is conducive to improving the service efficiency of the socialized elderly service system,improving the happiness index of the elderly,and actively responding to the problem of population aging.Through the questionnaire method,this paper collects data on the information literacy of the elderly,quantifies the information literacy level of the elderly in different modes,and supplements the quantitative data in combination with the corpus obtained from the interview.It is found that the information literacy level of the elderly in the institutional old-age model is lower than that of the elderly in the home pension model.At the same time,according to the rooting theory,health factors,social factors,teaching ability factors,self-efficacy factors and family factors are extracted from the corpus of the interview,which may affect the information literacy of the elderly.Combined with the results of the survey,this paper finally believes that there are five major problems in the institutional pension model: low education level of the elderly,low level of health status of the elderly,lagging business philosophy of elderly care institutions,lack of professional educational talents in elderly care institutions,closed institutional environment,and blocked information channels for the elderly,which hinder the elderly in the institutional elderly care model.The development of information literacy in the year.Finally,combined with relevant theories,it is proposed to cooperate with all parties to help the elderly "re-education",ensure the level of health,help improve information literacy,adjust business concepts,comply with the development of information society,empower existing employees,introduce professionals,unblock information channels,strengthen cooperation with libraries,and improve institutional maintenance.Strategies for information literacy for the elderly in the old model.
