An Empirical Study Of Xia Village’s Social Governance System

Compared with 20 years ago or even 10 years ago,China’s current social and economic situation has been significantly different.With the improvement of China’s economic and social level,China’s urbanization level has reached more than60%,but at the same time,nearly 40% of China’s population still lives in rural areas.With the development of rural economy,the improvement of people’s living standards,and the improvement of social and economic conditions,China’s urbanization level has reached 60% Rural infrastructure construction is still a practical problem to be solved in rural areas.Although the proportion between urban and rural areas has changed so much,it should be different in the central and western provinces.In this part of the rural areas,traditional culture still has an important influence.It can be said that in these areas,China’s rural areas are still a society with modernity and tradition,that is,with the national system,the traditional culture and the traditional culture The formal system in the form of laws,regulations and policies,and the informal system in the form of customs,village rules and regulations,and rules of human relations.The correct handling of the interaction between the formal system and the informal system will be the key to ensure the "substantial effectiveness" of rural social governance in the future.This study is from the perspective of institutional analysis,looking for the formation,nature and relationship of formal and informal institutions in Xia Village Social Governance to see the impact of institution on the behavior logic of social people,and how these effects will change the actual effect of rural social governance.This paper is divided into four chapters: the first chapter mainly introduces the basic situation of Xia Village,to understand its geographical location,local conditions and customs,rural appearance,social and economic development in the history of how the growth and suffering;The second chapter is devoted to introducing the formal system in Xiacun society,including its power source and value concept,system type and implementation mode,historical development and authority structure,How does the formal system with compulsory implementation realize its operation in Xiacun society and what obstacles it encounters;The third chapter focuses on the informal system in Xia Village Society,including its power source and value concept,system type and implementation mode,historical development and authority structure.Through the elaboration of these contents,we can preliminarily judge the ideology,moral concept,value concept,social value concept which are native,imperceptible and internalized in the hearts of villagers How do customs and habits affect the thinking mode,behavior logic and work style of the villagers in Xia Village.The content of the fourth chapter is the core chapter of this paper.The content of this chapter is how to operate in the field of rural social governance through the three forms of interaction between formal system and informal system,so that readers can deeply feel that in the modern rural social governance,because there are such two systems that are unified and opposite,Now the rural social governance is so tortuous and difficult.The author believes that,based on the fundamental interest of yearning for a better life,the relationship between formal system and informal system is the mainstream,and the conflict relationship is only the contradiction in the process of governance based on the inadequate governance level,communication mode and development level.With the development of national economy and social level and the improvement of national governance level,The improvement of people’s cultural and educational level and living standards will be fundamentally solved.From the management point of view,the state’s management of rural society still needs the informal system to make up,which can also be said that in a certain period of time,the harmonious coexistence of the two will continue,the governance of rural society in China will also move forward steadily in twists and turns。...
