A Study On The Implementation Of Supervision Responsibility Of Y Municipal Discipline Inspection And Supervision Offices

Since the 19th National Congress of the CPC,under the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee,the State Supervision Committee of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection has focused on building a unified,comprehensive,authoritative and efficient supervision system of the Party,promoting the reform of the Party’s discipline inspection system,the state supervision system and the discipline inspection and supervision institutions,and promoting the transformation of institutional advantages into governance efficiency.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee made major strategic arrangements to uphold and improve the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,promote the modernization of the state governance system and governance capacity,and made major institutional arrangements to uphold and improve the party and state supervision system and strengthen the restriction and supervision of the operation of power.Since the unified management reform,the top-down organizational reform has once again pushed forward the important inner-party supervision mode of supervision.In recent years,Y municipal discipline inspection and supervision agencies have achieved a series of results around the implementation of the party style and clean government construction supervision responsibility,focusing on the main responsibility of the main industry,strengthening political supervision,but there are still many problems.Under the background of the reform of discipline inspection and supervision agencies,how to focus on the main responsibilities and main industries in accordance with the requirements of the Party Central Committee,implement the supervision responsibility for building a clean and honest party style,and help promote the building of a clean and honest party style and anti-corruption work,It also needs to be considered and studied.Based on the concrete practice of supervision responsibility of discipline inspection and supervision agencies in Y city.On the basis of studying the present situation of implementing supervision responsibilities in Y city’s discipline inspection and supervision agencies,expounds in detail the basic situation of the current establishment,work responsibility,supervision authority and assignment mode of Y city’s accredited agencies,and the working relationship with other supervisory responsibilities.Through combing,it is found that the discipline inspection and supervision agency in Y City has some problems in the implementation of supervision responsibility,such as inadequate main function,inadequate communication and cooperation,weak ability,and lack of support and guarantee,and we have analyzed the reasons from the aspects of supervision consciousness,supervision strength,team capacity building,supervision system and mechanism,etc;countermeasures as to practically and deeply carry on the supervision as the first responsibility,to unblock communication and cooperation of all kinds of supervision and main body to strengthen the construction of accredited institution cadres and to improve the leadership system and mechanism;so that to make sure we can improve the effectiveness of administrative disciplinary inspection and supervision stationed institutions supervision,transfer the superiority of system reform of system of discipline inspection into the governance efficiency in real,to promote the high-quality development of accredited supervision ceaselessly in the new era.
