Research On Influencing Factors Of Online Public Opinion In Public Health Emergencies

In the era of new media,public health emergencies are reported more and more frequently.Due to its special characteristics,it not only causes panic among the public,but also affects people’s thinking and information cognition ability,resulting in negative and unstable online public opinion.At present,the Internet information technology is well developed,the online public opinion to the reality of the influence is further increased.How to guide online public opinion correctly will inevitably become an important issue affecting social stability.This paper uses the COVID-19 as a case,and combines the life cycle theory in order to analyze the influencing factors of the online public opinion of public health emergencies,proposes countermeasures,positively guides the online public opinion,and establish a safe online environment.We will improve the system for managing public health emergencies and maintain social harmony and stability.This paper mainly includes three parts.The first part is a statistical study of domestic and foreign periodicals and academic works on the online communication of public health emergencies and public health emergencies.It also sorts out the concept characteristics of public health emergencies and analyzes the influencing factors of online public opinion on public health emergencies in China.The second part,under the life cycle theory,studies the evolution of COVID-19 online public opinion in the four stages,and analyzes the influencing factors of COVID-19 online public opinion in different stages.Finally,the COVID-19 event was analyzed through three influential factors.In the third part,the management strategy of COVID-19 online public opinion communication is proposed from three influencing factors,namely,the analysis is made from the communication subject(government,non-functional departments and opinion leaders),communication media(traditional media and public social platforms),and communication contents.The research results show that the government at the beginning of the incident broke out timely information and feedback,more functional departments coordination to strengthen public health emergencies prevention propaganda,positive issues to guide users to avoid online public opinion to extremes,with rumours that ability through traditional media agenda setting rational netizens,social public platform to strengthen the construction of the gatekeepers,adjust the features of microblog to establish a good online public opinion atmosphere,elated research conclusions for government public opinion supervision department to deal with similar public health emergency online public opinion which provides theoretical basis and practical reference.
