| How to though strengthening the talent team construction to help develop rural revitalization has become the widespread concern.Talent is the key to the rural revitalization.The leaders of the state and the central government repeatedly stressthe importance of breaking the bottleneck constraintof the talent and promoting the rural talent revitalization in the form of documents and speeches.Now,with therolling victory of poverty alleviation,the rural revitalization strategy becomes an important action strategy to continuously consolidate the effectiveness of the poverty alleviation and realize agricultural and rural modernization.How to provide sufficient intellectual support for the rural revitalization through the construction and improvement of the rural revitalization talent team is an important issue that needs to be discussed and solved urgently.The article takes the Shiping County of the Yunnan Province as the research object,through field research and interviews,on the basis of obtaining requireddata information,qualitative analysis is taken as the main method and quantitative analysis is taken as the auxiliary method to deeply study and analyze the needs and current situation of talent team construction in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and analyze existing problems and reasons;and domestic advanced experience is used for reference,and focusing on four links of training and attracting the talent,retaining the talent,keeping the talent and developing the talent,four aspects of countermeasures and suggestions,including innovating the mechanism of talent educating,training and introducing,improving the talent service and incentive mechanism,establishing the risk prevention mechanism of brain drainage and constructing the talent policy support mechanism are explored.The article mainly studies the talent team construction of the rural revitalization in the Shiping County from five parts.Part one mainly explains the concept and basic theory of talent team construction research in rural revitalization;part two mainly describes the needs and current situation of the talent team construction in the rural revitalization of the Shiping County;part three mainly analyzes the problems and reasons of the talent team construction in the rural revitalization of the Shiping County;part four summaries some experience and inspiration of the domestic talent team construction in the rural revitalization;and part five makes some countermeasures to solve the problem of the talent team construction in the rural revitalization of the Shiping County. |
