Research On The Governance Of Village Cadres’ Corruption In D District Of Huainan City

2021 is the first year for China to embark on the new journey of the fourteenth five year plan.It is a year for China to win an all-round victory in the fight against poverty and comprehensively promote the strategy of Rural Revitalization.We are in the critical period of winning an overwhelming victory in the fight against corruption and building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.As the foothold and cornerstone for the Party Central Committee to carry out all kinds of work in rural areas,village cadres are also the party’s key tasks Lines,principles and policies play an important role at the grassroots level.They shoulder the important task of organizing and leading farmers to implement the strategy of revitalizing rural areas.However,the current village cadres’ corruption still occurs from time to time,which destroys the ruling foundation of the party,affects the benign operation of villagers’ autonomy,pollutes the grass-roots political atmosphere,and has a negative impact on the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the governance of village cadres’ corruption.This paper takes the governance of village cadres’ corruption in D District of Huainan City as the research object,based on the governance theory,power restriction and supervision theory,mainly studies the governance of village cadres’ corruption from four parts,specifically as follows: the first part is the interpretation of the core concepts and basic theories of the governance of village cadres’ corruption,in which some concepts are defined and explained This paper introduces three basic theories.The second part is the performance of corruption of village cadres and the investigation of D District in Huainan City.Through the analysis of some cases of corruption of village cadres in D District,the main performance and characteristics of corruption of village cadres in D District are found.The third part is to analyze the causes of corruption from the subjective and objective aspects.The fourth part is mainly from the three aspects of "dare not to corrupt","can not corrupt" and "do not want to corrupt",summarizes the Governance Countermeasures of village cadres’ corruption,constantly improves the efficiency of governance,reduces the occurrence of village cadres’ corruption,guarantees the healthy development of rural economy and society,and finally realizes the research purpose of Rural Revitalization.
