The Study On The Corruption Of Village Cadres Since The 18th National Congress Of The Communist Party Of China

With the deep development of social economy and the process of new socialism rural area construction,Chinese government expands the investment in agriculture,rural areas and farmers,promotes the progress of rural area’s society and encourages farmers to share the achievement of the development.Village cadres as elites and leaders should have the thinking of serve people with all their efforts.They should hold their faith of the China’s guiding principles for rural area and throw themselves into this progress.However,some of the village cadres use their power to make profit for themselves which could cause corruption problem and take a bad impression on both native political development and domestic people’s lives.This phenomenon destroyed the harmonious development of the society and decelerated the newest construction of villages.This dissertation will firstly define the connotation of corruption of village cadres and analyze the results of this type of corruption.Then this dissertation will use the Jilin Province as a case study to achieve a characteristic analysis for village corruption and summarize five main reasons for this type of corruption.Finally,this dissertation will make suggestions directly to administer the new type of villages and manage the village cadres’ behavior from three aspects which are punishment system,supervision,and education.Those suggestions will be the thinking of the real fact and combined with academic results and realistic experience.
