Research On Countermeasures Of Illegal Operation In Beijing South Railway Station From The Perspective Of Collaborative Governance

Nowadays,there are serious illegal operation problems in many cities.In order to improve this situation,local governments have also issued many local laws and regulations,and regional governments are also stepping up cooperative relations to deal with illegal operation problems.However,with the acceleration of urbanization,the problem of illegal operation is becoming more and more prominent,which has become a difficult problem in many places.Illegal operation will have a great impact on the local traffic order,but also cause certain economic losses to the national government,and also have a great impact on the local public security management.However,at present,there is still no good solution to the problem of illegal operation,and many of them are managed.The method is also to cure the symptoms and not cure the root causes,after a period of time lost the effect.In this study,taking the problem of the treatment of illegal operation of Beijing South Railway Station as an example,and with the support of public management theory,this paper studies in detail the root cause of illegal operation of Beijing South Railway Station and the current situation of governance,and draws on the successful experience of developed countries and cities.In addition,from six aspects of governance subject,governance mode,laws and regulations,social security,this paper puts forward the “the way of good governance”to deal with illegal operation problems,in order to better maintain the passenger transport market order in Beijing South Railway Station,and effectively improve the happiness of each passenger in Beijing South Railway Station area,gain sense of security and security.
