Research On Ideological And Political Work In Urban Community

As China enters the final year of building a well-off society in an all-round way,the "new era" has become the prefix of more and more task.Ideological and political education,as the traditional work content and superior means of the Communist Party of China,must be continuously improved in conjunction with the "new era".With the advancement of socialist modernization,rural populations are converging to cities,and the scale of cities is developing rapidly.Therefore,urban communities have increasingly assumed more and more administrative functions.The ideological and political education is a powerful grasp of firming faith and strong motivation.How to propagate and implement the party’s policies and policies in urban communities,and how to make community residents understand,identify and support the party’s various measures are directly related to the National’s Two Centenary Goals.Based on this background,this thesis selects the ideological and political ideology of urban communities as the research object,and conducts case studies with the purpose of further exerting the role of ideological and political work in promoting the development of urban communities.The first part of this article defines the concepts of urban community and ideological and political education by referring to literature and theoretical analysis,and analyzes the characteristics and significance of the work.It has combed the discussion on ideological and political education in urban communities since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and analyzed the leadership,content,tasks,and goal of ideological and political education.The main educational content of ideological and political work is analyzed from three aspects: political concept,moral concept and legal concept.The second part of this article is a case study on the development of the ideological and political work of Dangfang Road community.Based on the regional background and representativeness of Jiefang Road community,through the community’s work on the construction of a new era civilization practice station and the response to the COVID-19,the main practices and functions of community ideological and political work were sorted out.And from the quality of the residents,work positions,patriotic spirit and living standards and other aspects of the achievements.The third part is to sort out the shortcomings of ideological and political work in urban communities from four aspects: working mechanism,work support,work team and content methods.The main reason for the lack of analysis is that the current development of the urban community in all respects has caused the urban community’s ideological and political work to lag in all aspects.In the fourth part,this paper proposes to improve the top-level design of ideological andpolitical work in urban communities by improving the responsibility system and assessment mechanism,implementing the work foundation by guaranteeing work funds,venues and manpower,and ensuring the work is carried out by improving team capabilities and optimizing team structure.Finally,the quality of ideological and political work in urban communities is ensured by improving the timeliness and pertinence of working methods.The case study in this article combines the specific daily work of urban community ideological and political work and the practice of epidemic prevention and control,perfects the research of urban community ideological and political work,and analyzes the current achievements and deficiencies of urban community ideological and political work.To a certain extent,it has put forward countermeasures and suggestions of general significance for strengthening the current ideological and political work,and promote community ideological and political work to better play the role of cohesive force,coordination and solidification in the construction of socialist modernization.
