Research On The Participation Of New Village Elites In Wufeng Autonomous County Of Western Hubei In Rural Governance

The countryside is the most basic social unit in China,but with the continuous change of social environment,the country governance in China is facing many new problems.As an important part of Chinese traditional culture,the culture of country sages has a long history.As the successor and development of traditional country sages,new country sages play an important guiding role in the development of country politics,economy and culture.In order to give full play to the role of new country talents in country governance,improve the level of new country construction,and promote the strategy of country revitalization,this paper takes Wufeng Tujia Autonomous County as the research object,combined with relevant theories and field research,and from multiple perspectives,conducts a comprehensive and in-depth study around the new country talents and country governance model of Wufeng Tujia Autonomous County,with specific contents It is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the background and purpose of this research,research significance,research status at home and abroad,related concepts and basic theories,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the follow-up research.At the same time,combined with the research content,using the research methods of other scholars for reference,it clarifies the research ideas and research methods,and points out the innovation of this paper.The second part mainly studies the formation of new country sages and the internal mechanism of their participation in country governance.In this part,we introduce the group of new country sages in detail,analyze the evolution process from traditional to new country sages,and summarize the similarities and differences between them.Starting from the political,behavioral and cultural logic,this paper analyzes the internal mechanism of new village elites ’s participation in country governance.Objective and comprehensive evaluation of the role and positioning of the new country elites in country governance.The third part mainly studies the current situation and predicament of the participation of new village elites in Wufeng Tujia Autonomous County.Based on the field investigation of Wufeng county’s participation in country governance,this paper affirms the efforts of new village elites in participating in public affairs,promoting economic development and inheriting traditional culture.At the same time,it points out the difficulties faced by the new country sages in country governance,including the serious loss of population,the complex regional cultural environment,the embarrassing status of the new country sages,the imperfection of the country governance system,the low degree of identification of the new country sages and the problems and deficiencies of the new country sages themselves.The fourth part mainly studies the optimization path of Wufeng Tujia people’s participation in country governance.Combined with the relevant theories andsuccessful experience at home and abroad,and taking full account of the local actual situation,from the four aspects of defining the position of new country talents,attracting the return of new country talents,giving support to new country talents and improving the quality of new country talents,a more perfect optimization path is formulated to comprehensively and effectively solve the dilemma new country talents face in country governance.
