Research On The Supply Of Home Care Services In Old Community From The Perspective Of Multiple Welfare

With the acceleration of aging,the number of elderly population is increasing,and the demand for elderly care services is also increasing and expanding.However,due to economic development and family planning,the traditional family pension function is weakening,and it is difficult for institutional pensions to break the traditional original residence.The concept of Anyang has won the trust and favor of the elderly.The provision of elderly care has gradually decreased,and a series of elderly care difficulties have appeared.Under the dual influence of demand growth and supply decline,the contradiction between supply and demand for elderly care services has become increasingly prominent.On this basis,a community-based home care model combining the advantages of traditional home care and modern care institutions came into being,enabling the elderly to enjoy professional nursing services in their own homes,effectively making up for the deficiencies of the elderly.Nursing services.As a gathering place for the elderly,the needs of the elderly community are more concentrated.However,due to its long-term construction,a large number of elderly people and insufficient construction land,the problem of elderly care is more prominent."How to enable the main body of family supply to provide home care services in old communities more effectively" has become the focus of attention.This article is based on the theory of welfare pluralism,using literature research methods,field interviews,participatory observation methods and other related research methods.It takes the provision of home care services in the old community as the research object.Starting from the main body of the home service provision in the elderly community in Hangzhou,starting from the needs,methods and effects,the current situation of the home service in the elderly community in Hangzhou is analyzed,and from the perspective,the problems existing in various suppliers are found.Multi-center governance means that there are defects in relevant government policy standards,misalignment of supply and demand,inadequate services of social organizations,low level of professionalization and socialization,insufficient market supply,low participation enthusiasm,family supply capacity,and weakened awareness of elderly care.Lack of cooperation awareness and insufficient cooperation supply capacity,and analyze the causes of the problems,and propose corresponding solutions: the leading role of the government is to enhance the ability of self-organization construction,strengthen the position of market resource allocation,and tap the elderly home care And improve the cooperative supply mechanism between various themes.
