The development of regional agricultural branding in Guizhou has outstanding natural geographical advantages,distinctive industries and products with high market recognition,etc.,there are also some problems such as: The awareness of regional agricultural branding needs to be improved,the whole branding lacks resultant force,and the brand maintenance mechanism is not perfect.By using the method of literature and case study,this paper reviews the current situation,existing problems and countermeasures of regional agricultural branding under the influence of government at home and abroad,introducing relevant concepts and theories,such as regional public brand of agricultural products,government functions and functions,public product theory,externality theory and so on,so as to link theory with practice,from the basic research on connotation and significance to the practical hot issues under the new situation,this paper expounds the achievements and weak links of the development of regional agricultural branding in Guizhou under the role of the government,to a certain extent,it expanded the research contents on the role of the government in the development of regional agricultural branding,and deeply pondered how to smoothly promote the development of regional agricultural branding in Guizhou,this paper provides a useful reference for strengthening the role of Guizhou regional agricultural branding government,and has a certain reference for the current and future development of regional agricultural branding.The development of regional agricultural branding is a long-term and arduous work,which is related to the production development of relevant stakeholders and the economic and social development.Based on the perspective of the relationship between the role of the government and regional agricultural branding,follow the pace of practice,to clarify the rights and responsibilities of brand building and management of stakeholders such as the government,industry management departments,fruit enterprises and farmers,and to explore how to enhance the role of the government,how to encourage more agricultural enterprises,farmers and other focus on regional agricultural brand development,and ultimately achieve a win-win situation for the government,enterprises and society.As the main,fair manager and public interest representative of regional agricultural branding,government’s policy guidance and support promote regional agricultural branding,it is an important way to expand the scale of regional agricultural industry and enhance market competitiveness,and is also the most vigorous growing point to revitalize agriculture and rural economy.
