With the further development of current economy and agriculture,agriculture in our country is being rapidly branded.With the brand construction of agricultural products derived from agricultural branding has gradually become an important lead and mark in the development of high quality of agriculture.The effective brand of agricultural products can significantly improve the level of agricultural products quality and improve product reputation in the near future.It is also an important way to promote agricultural efficiency and farmer income.The construction of regional public brand of agricultural products plays a key role in promoting the industrialization,scale and intensification of county agriculture,enhancing the added value of agricultural products,promoting the development of local characteristic industries,and also plays an important role in the high-quality development of regional economy.As far as the county government is concerned,the agricultural economy is an important part of the county economy,and the development effect of agriculture has a crucial impact on the quality of local economic development.Regional public agricultural products brand is an important to promote the development of the county agricultural quality,government at the county level in the regional public agricultural product brand construction play a vital role in the process,in which is dominated by the government at the county level of the cooperation among different main body of governance in the process of agricultural product regional public brand construction plays a vital role.Taking the development of relevant agricultural industries in County Z as an example,this paper investigates the development of regional public brands of agricultural products in County Z,and seriously analyzes the problems existing in government governance and coordination in the construction,development and maintenance of the honey pomelo brand "XX honey pomelo" in County Z.To have an in-depth understanding of the reasons for the lack of government leadership,unclear responsibilities and powers of functional departments,and weak brand consensus among market subjects in the process of Z County pomelo brand construction and development.Relying on the theories related to government functions and collaborative governance,Long-term planning from push government to strengthen the government leading role,and collaborative governance from perfect coordination mechanisms to strengthen the department from aspects of the unified brand concept to enhance brand consensus,vigorously explore the government and relevant functional departments at the county level in the role of regional public agricultural products brand construction and should play a role.
