If the nation is to be rejuvenated,the countryside must be rejuvenated.As an important form of quality agriculture,brand is not only a means of poverty alleviation,but also a sign of industrial prosperity.Building agricultural products brand can transform the regional industrial advantage into market value,so brand is an important hand to drive,integrate and promote the development of rural industry,is really the“Golden key” of lucid waters and lush mountains make invaluable assets.With the rapid development of agricultural branding,the construction of regional public brand,which is different from the brand created by the enterprises themselves and promoted by the government,has been paid more and more attention in the process of agricultural product branding.As the main body of cultivation and management,how can the government give full play to its function in the construction of regional public brand of agricultural products,become the key to the development of local agricultural products regional public utility brand.Based on the theories of the new public service,meta-governance and external effect,thesis makes an in-depth study on how to promote the construction of regional public utility brand of agricultural products.And take the government’s promotion measures in the construction of the agricultural products regional public utility brand of the Bayannur “Health talks”as the research sample,through questionnaire survey,in-depth interview,literature research and other methods,to master the current situation and achievements of the establishment of the regional public utility brand of the Bayannur “Health talks” and the government performance of the “Health talks”agricultural products regional public brand.Combined with the theoretical basis,the key research finds that the performance of the functions of the BA municipal government in the brand of “Health talks”development still has disadvantages in different degrees: the defects of the organizational planning of the brand cultivation,the mismatch of the supply and demand of public services,brand management supervision is obviously insufficient,the depth and breadth of publicity and promotion need to be improved.This paper analyzes the four dimensions of the imperfect system of brand cultivation,the unequal relationship between service supply and demand,a lack of legal protection for supervision and the weak management consciousness,and the inaccurate positioning of publicity and promotion strategy.Finally,it proposes the government function optimization countermeasures such as improving the planning and organization of brand creation and cultivation,strengthening the supply capacity of brand public service,improving the management of regional public brand,and increasing the brand publicity,promotion,expansion and communication.
