| In recent years,communication and Internet technologies have undergone leapfrog development,and telecom fraud crimes implemented by electronic communication means such as network platform,SMS and telephone have also been rampant.This new public hazard has seriously affected the peace and harmony of human society.The causes of telecom fraud crimes are complex,and there are bad facts such as cross-regional,high number of cases,and continuously rising success rate of fraud.Public security organs are the first contact institutions to prevent and cure telecom fraud.Based on this,the article uses the T district of G city as a case,explores the current situation of telecommunications fraud management at home and abroad through querying,reading and collecting relevant materials,and then explains the relevant concepts and theoretical foundations of telecommunications fraud management,laying a theoretical foundation for the article.Then,based on the current situation of the management of telecommunications fraud in the Public Security Bureau of the G City and T District,the detailed measures and effects of the telecommunications crime management in the T District of the G City were explained,so as to study the shortcomings of the management of the telecommunications fraud in the Public Security Bureau of the G City and T District And discuss the reasons,and finally formulate an effective improvement plan for the grassroots public security telecommunications fraud management work,provide support for the theoretical exploration of the current district and county level telecommunications fraud management,provide reference for improving telecommunications fraud management,and have a certain degree in academic exploration Value and meaning.At present,the telecom fraud crime in district T of G city presents new changes and new characteristics,with more covert means and gradually upgraded fraud methods.Although relevant departments have cracked down on it to varying degrees,the cracking down rate is low and the governance effect is poor.Therefore,telecom fraud cases still show a high incidence.Faced with such a critical situation,the public security bureau of G city T district took a special approach to combat and prevent telecom fraud.This paper summarizes the situation in order to curb the high incidence of telecom fraud and maintain social stability and economic development in G city T district. |
