Research On How To Control Telecom Fraud Of Rongcheng County Public Security Organs

Over the years,with the unremitting development of China’s economy,the living standards of residents have made great progress,and the lifestyle has also undergone tremendous changes.Especially after entering the 21 st century,with the rapid development of the Internet,informatization and big data have affected all aspects of people ’s lives.In this information age,many traditional crimes have undergone new changes with the development of the Internet and information technology.Due to the imperfect system and people ’s weak awareness of prevention,such crimes have developed rapidly.Relying on the development of communication tools and the Internet,traditional fraud crimes have gradually changed and spawned telecommunications fraud that does not come into face-to-face contact with victims.Telecom network fraud relies on the convenience and communication tools provided by big data and the disguise of electronic transfer.It not only defrauds a large amount of money from a large number of victims,but also evades the attack of public security organs,resulting in great social harm.Combating telecom fraud has become an urgent problem for the whole society.In this paper,combined with the author ’s own work practice,and access to a large number of books and materials for in-depth study,combined with the relevant theoretical knowledge of public management,and ultimately Rongcheng County public security organs to control telecommunications fraud countermeasures put forward their own views.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly discusses the research background and significance of this paper,the research status and comments at home and abroad,the main content and research methods and innovation points;the second chapter mainly expounds the related concepts and theoretical basis involved in this paper.The third chapter expounds the current situation of Rongcheng County public security organs ’ governance of telecom fraud.The fourth chapter analyzes the problems existing in Rongcheng County public security organs ’ governance of telecom fraud.The fifth chapter analyzes the reasons for the problems existing in Rongcheng County public security organs ’ governance of telecom fraud.In summary,the article puts forward the countermeasures of Rongcheng County public security organs ’ governance of telecom fraud in the sixth chapter.
