Study On Social Security Satisfaction For Hearing Impaired Persons

As one of the vulnerable groups,hearing impaired people are also important subjects of social security.According to relevant statistics,the proportion of people with hearing impairment in China is about 33%,and the prevalence rate of hearing impairment is higher than the global average.Especially with the increase of the newly born population and the aggravation of the aging trend,there is a realistic sense of urgency to improve the social security system and improve the satisfaction of the social security for the hearing impaired.At the same time,respecting the civil rights of the disabled and comprehensively protecting their rights and interests are the basic requirements of building a harmonious socialist society and the essential requirements of building a well-off society in an allround way.Governments at all levels have the responsibility to improve various measures to protect the society of the disabled.Therefore,this paper studies the social security of people with hearing impairment,understands the current situation of the social security satisfaction of people with hearing impairment,identifies the factors affecting the social security satisfaction of people with hearing impairment,and puts forward perfect countermeasures in order to better safeguard the rights of people with hearing impairment and realize social equity.Firstly,this paper sorts out the domestic and foreign research literature on social security for the disabled to understand the current research situation at home and abroad.Then,the main concepts involved in this study,such as "hearing impaired disabled people" and "social security",are defined,and the research is designed.The idea of model construction is determined,variables are designed,and questionnaire data are obtained through questionnaire survey.Secondly,taking Shandong province as an example and combining the statistical analysis of the questionnaire data,the current situation and existing problems of social security for hearing disabled people in Shandong province are clarified.Then,through factor analysis and regression analysis,the factors affecting the hearing impairment disabled persons were identified,which were the employment status,living security,medical security and environmental security of the hearing impairment disabled persons,and a satisfaction model composed of these factors was established.Finally,according to the factors affecting the social security satisfaction of hearing impairment and disability,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the government’s social security.In terms of life security,we will expand the coverage of subsistence allowances and increase social insurance participation.In terms of medical security,it includes clarifying the object and carrier of medical assistance,creating a whole-process medical rehabilitation system,and ensuring the perfect development of the market for auxiliary devices.Environmental protection includes psychological counseling,regular cultural activities in various forms,and the building of barrier-free facilities and information.Through the study of this paper,we can basically understand the degree of social security satisfaction of hearing disabled people,and understand which aspects have a greater impact,so as to put forward countermeasures to improve the hearing disabled people’s social security system for reference.
