Research On Path Optimization Of Accurate Social Assistance For Disabled Persons In Shenyang

Poverty has been a major problem in human society since ancient times.After decades of efforts,our country’s anti-poverty campaign has achieved certain achievements,but the poverty problem is still not optimistic.In view of this situation,the central government put forward the anti-poverty concept of “precise poverty alleviation”,which advocates “seeking truth from facts,adapting to local conditions,classifying and guiding,and helping poverty precisely”.After five years of precision poverty alleviation,poverty has been effectively alleviated.Social assistance is the last link in the social security system.It plays a supporting role and is an important institutional arrangement for anti-poverty action.Under the background of “accurate poverty alleviation”,the author was inspired by this concept and introduced the “precision” idea into the study of the social assistance system.Drawing on its ideas and concepts,based on the concept of accuracy of social assistance proposed by some scholars,the problem of social assistance for disabled persons is studied using an accurate perspective.From the perspective of “precise poverty alleviation”,this article seeks the theoretical extension of “social assistance precision” and constructs an analytical framework for “social assistance precision” to analyze the “precise” status of the disabled social assistance system in Shenyang.Quantitative research methods such as the Martin method are used to accurately design the level of social assistance for people with disabilities in Shenyang.At the same time,the article also draws on the experiences of the United States,Germany,and Sweden in the precision of social assistance for people with disabilities,and combines domestic and international literature research to propose a path optimization plan for the accuracy of social assistance for people with disabilities.
