Job satisfaction has great influence on measuring the Party and government organizations work efficiency.Job satisfaction and professional self-identity of civil servant have great effects on work efficiency of the Party and government organizations.Taxation is an important part of the course of the Party and the country.President Xi Jinping gives important instructions repeatedly to emphasize the fundamental and supportive role of tax in national governance.Tax cadres accounted for about 1/11 of the national civil servants.The job satisfaction of grass-roots tax cadres,to some extent,can reflect the overall work full of public servants.So follow the job satisfaction of grass-roots tax cadres is very necessary for us to continuously research national public administration、improve state tax function and build a strong contingent of tax cadres.From this day forward,our country enters into a new development stage to realize the Second Centenary Goal of building China into a great modern socialist country in all respects.And tax modernization has entered a new stage of development also.Either leading the team or doing tax work well,human resources is needed more than ever.So we need to make a good job on human resources work.Only improving job satisfaction of tax cadres can make them have higher work efficiency、love their work more and make their own contribution to the high-quality development of the tax industry.Based on grass-roots tax authority of W city as an example,the paper comprehends the overall picture of job satisfaction of tax cadres by using literature research,questionnaire survey,field interview and statistical analysis method comprehensively to find out what they are satisfied with and not satisfied with,and the sticking points that affect job satisfaction.On the basis of the problem analysis,the paper focuses on how to improve organizational performance results、arouse work enthusiasm and protect the mental health of tax cadres by researching into the cause of the problem.For the investigation of the tax cadres’ job satisfaction,we must pay close attention to regional and industry background,consider the new situation faced by the tax authorities in the new period.This paper puts forward feasible proposals from the post setting,training strengthening,staff quality improving,incentive mechanism perfecting,promotion channel broadening with the analysis of relevant journal papers.
