In the current Internet era,information technology,as the middleware,connects various industries of economic society,and continuously integrates and evolves with them,resulting in many new market economic forms,which rapidly and powerfully promote the upgrading and development of economic society.In order to give full play to the role of informatization as a catalyst and further promote the deep integration of informatization with the economy and society,The State Council issued the Guiding Opinions on Actively Promoting the "Internet Plus" Initiative as early as 2015,indicating the direction of action and the way forward of "Internet Plus".The tax department’s job is to collect taxes and organize revenue for the state.In this process,it deals with all kinds of economic activities.With the deepening application of information technology,various economic activities and the Internet continue to integrate,with many new contents and features,which brings new challenges to tax collection and management,but also promotes its continuous optimization and progress.In response to the deployment of The State Council,the State Administration of Taxation immediately launched the "Internet+Taxation" action Plan,which also made plans for the integration of the Internet and taxation.From the perspective of development,the construction of tax e-government has achieved a series of achievements.However,with the rapid development of economy and society and the rapid development of information technology,tax authorities are faced with huge challenges in e-government construction under the development momentum of various new technologies.How to improve and optimize becomes a very important topic.The purpose of construction is for application.The key of application is whether the public is satisfied.Only when the public is satisfied,can it be widely promoted to all sectors of society.As the service object of tax e-government,the majority of taxpayers’ satisfaction is very important,which directly affects the next construction idea,development focus and direction of efforts of tax e-government.This paper takes District L as a typical case,fully combines e-government,grass-roots tax departments,customer satisfaction and public satisfaction and other relevant theoretical concepts,through carrying out a questionnaire survey,elaborates the application process of personal income tax APP in District L,carefully analyzes the situation,tasks and existing problems in the process of promotion and application,summarizes the main experience and practices,and discusses the work effect.The problems existing in the application of personal income tax APP by L District tax Bureau include publicity and promotion,training and guidance,software performance,tax application and interaction with tax collection,etc.Through in-depth analysis of the internal causes,it is found that the main reasons for these problems are talent training,demand feedback mechanism,tax awareness,information security and other factors.For these problems found in the research,on the basis of combining practice,the author puts forward the following five suggestions:improve the publicity and promotion,improve the quality and effectiveness of training and guidance,actively communicate and feedback,strengthen the security of tax-related data and strive to achieve tax co-governance.With the background of personal income tax reform and the requirement of tax modernization,this paper analyzes and studies the public satisfaction of e-government in county and district tax bureaux,sorts out and finds out several factors affecting the current satisfaction,and puts forward corresponding improvement countermeasures and suggestions based on the author’s experience and experience in the actual work.It further enriched the e-government related research content of grassroots tax departments and made a modest contribution to the basic research on improving public satisfaction.
