Benxi Youth Volunteer Service Management Research

The Chinese youth volunteer service industry has gradually developed along with the process of reform and opening up.It is a social welfare undertaking that brings together social concerns,party and government care,and youth.It is an important measure for the comprehensive mobilization and effective organization of youth participation in socialist spiritual civilization,also the active exploration of the service organization of the Communist Youth League in the new era.Under the advocacy organization of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League,the Chinese youth volunteer campaign was launched in 1993,making a significant contribution to the development of the traditional virtues of our society and the promotion of a harmonious society.The current youth volunteer service management model is organized by the Communist Youth League as the main management and coordination organization.With the continuous development,this management problem has become increasingly prominent.On the basis of relevant research both at home and abroad,after careful study and research,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the management of youth voluntary service in Benxi City with the method of case study,and puts forward the shortage of policy funds.The problems such as imperfect construction of youth volunteer team,lack of volunteer service activity position,lack of volunteer service brand project,small integration of social resources,and analysis of the causes of the problem are put forward in order to optimize the management of youth volunteer team.We should innovate the operation of youth volunteer service project,integrate funds to support voluntary service,improve social influence and so on,so as to promote the rapid and healthy development of youth volunteer career in Benxi City.
