Research On Youth Volunteer Service Under The Organization Of The Communist Youth League In Jinpu New Area

In recent years,the continuous development and innovation of youth volunteer service under the Organization of the Communist Youth League has made it play an increasingly important role in the role of the government,social affairs and other aspects.Especially in the fight against COVID-19,under the leadership of the Communist Youth League of Jinpu New Area,the young volunteers all courted forward bravely and braved all difficulties,and rushed to the forefront of the fight against co VID-19,which was widely recognized by the society.However,the premature death of such volunteer projects as "Relief grocery store" also reveals the youth volunteer service under the Organization of the Communist Youth League,and there is a certain degree of "voluntary failure" in the development.This paper combines the basic theory knowledge and practical investigation,using the methods such as literature research and practical investigation,through the questionnaire survey,interviews and other forms,sorting,analysis,induction,understanding has been achieved,the current situation of research,master the relevant academic research the cutting edge of dynamic information,thus foreshadowing for this article research the solid foundation.From jinpu New District Youth League committee and all front work committee to obtain first-hand research data.On this basis,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of youth volunteer service,summarizes the experience and lessons,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.The study found that there are "volunteer failure" problems in the youth volunteer service management under the organization of the Communist Youth League in Jinpu new area,specifically,the volunteer service is not professional,not active and stable,the service project is single,the lack of legal and financial security,and the social environment is not mature.The main reasons for these problems are youth volunteer service management:irregular recruitment,inflexible and lack of system There are some problems,such as unified professional training,lack of incentive mechanism,lack of innovation model,imperfect security mechanism,etc.Therefore,referring to the experience of Western and domestic advanced regions,combined with the actual situation of Jinpu new area,this paper puts forward some improvement countermeasures,such as standardizing the recruitment and training of youth volunteer service,improving the training system of youth volunteer service,establishing the "spirit + material" double incentive mechanism,innovating service projects,and perfecting the guarantee mechanism.
