Study Of Managing Volunteer Service In The Communist Youth League Of Rizhao

China Youth Volunteer Service began in the 1990 s and has gone through more than 20 years of development.It is an important work innovation of the Communist Youth League in the new historical conditions and has become an important work brand of the Communist Youth League.The development of youth volunteer service not only strengthens the cohesion and appeal of the Communist Youth League,but also provides a broad stage for the majority of young people to make contributions and increase their talents.It is welcomed by more and more young people and effectively promotes the development of society.In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,youth volunteer service is facing good opportunities for development and more challenges.Young volunteers dare to be the leader of the world.They should grasp the development opportunity of the new era and actively explore;innovate effective ways of volunteer service for the people.As an important work brand of the Communist Youth League,it is of great significance to strengthen the research on youth volunteer service management.Starting from the basic theory of youth volunteer service,this paper analyzes the value foundation of youth volunteer service.Taking the management of youth volunteer service of the Communist Youth League of Rizhao City as the breakthrough point,this paper summarizes and analyzes the brand work of youth volunteer service of the Communist Youth League of Rizhao City,and draws some valuable experience.However,the achievements always accompany by problems.To the management system,we can see that there are many administrative departments,not only the Communist Youth League but also the Civil Affairs Bureau.there are some cross-functional between those management systems.From the operational mechanism point,there are still many problems in the legal security system of youth volunteer service,volunteer team construction,volunteer service incentive guarantee and so on.We analysis these problems with study,lecture and survey.Combine with experience from Hong Kong,Qingdao and eastern countries.We put forward several practical suggestions.In the management system,we need to build a multi-party management mechanism to improve the level of youth volunteer service organization.Form the legal system building point,we need to prefect relating rules;improve motivation guarantee system.Focus on marketing method.To inspire vitality of volunteer working,we need to plant volunteer culture into mind of youth;improve youth volunteer organization level and innovate management method.This paper explains the theory of volunteer service through literature research,analyze the volunteer service work in many countries and regions according to comparative analysis method.The article puts forward feasible suggestions for the management of youth volunteer service in Rizhao City.Based on the first-hand data of work practice,this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions for the management of youth voluntary service.The pertinence and effectiveness of youth volunteer service can play a more important role of the Communist Youth League in social governance.
