The civil servant law of the People’s Republic of China,which came into effect on January 1,2006,stipulates the assessment of civil servants,focusing on the actual performance."Performance" emphasizes the completion of work tasks and is a result.The work performance of grass-roots civil servants is usually a study of the "actual performance" of grassroots civil servants.There are still some significant differences between public organizations and profit-making organizations.It is difficult to determine the quantitative indicators of public organizations’ work performance.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the influencing factors and the process of behavioral activities.As a kind of psychological state and demand of grass-roots civil servants,job acquisition can significantly affect the internal motivation of individuals,and have a certain impact on their work attitude and behavior.Grassroots civil servants are the main force of grassroots social governance.Relevant studies show that their material and spiritual satisfaction and the realization of their self-worth will motivate them to work more actively,show more dedication and make self-sacrifice,which has an important impact on work performance.This study mainly studies the relationship between the sense of job acquisition and job performance,analyzes the influence and mechanism of other variables such as public service motivation,and puts forward suggestions to improve the sense of job acquisition of grassroots civil servants,improve their job performance and promote social development.This study selects mature measurement scale,takes 193 Street grass-roots civil servants as the sample,collects questionnaires,Through the questionnaire sample,we found that Shenzhen Street grass-roots civil servants’ sense of acquisition is not high,using statistical software tools,carries on the data processing analysis,and draws the research conclusions as follows:(1)job acquisition as an independent variable has a direct positive impact on job performance,the dependent variable;(2)public service motivation positively regulates the relationship between job acquisition and job performance.According to the above research conclusions,based on this theoretical basis,in order to improve the sense of acquisition of grass-roots civil servants,we should not only reasonably improve their material benefits such as wages and benefits,help them realize their personal value,but also enhance the protection of sense of acquisition by improving organizational behavior and organization;Pay attention to individual adjustment and improve the kinetic energy of sense of acquisition;Pay attention to public opinion,create a good social atmosphere to enhance their sense of acquisition,stimulate their public service motivation,so as to improve their work performance and achieve more efficient social governance.
