| Compared with the development of social organizations in Western countries,China’s social organizations have some problems,such as late start,imperfect supporting systems,total talent and structure cannot meet the development needs of social organizations;narrow channels of fund-raising,inadequate organizational management and internal supervision,Especially in human resources management,there are many deficiencies.Social organizations have made great difficulties in employing and retaining people.The social organizations have made great difficulties in employing and retaining people because of these problems.At present,the low social recognition of social organizations and their employees leads to the high brain drain rate of social organizations.These results directly affect the work enthusiasm and initiative of social organizations in-service personnel,but also hindered the healthy and rapid development of social organizations.A large part of social organization personnel come into this field with various feelings,full of beautiful imagination and longing for the industry,but lots of them who do not choose to stay,which is closely related to the complicated living conditions of employees in social service work.Some practitioners in social organizations may also enter the social organization industry because of the elimination of other industries.Therefore,through the analysis of their job performance and job satisfaction,they can be more distinguished from those who are emotional practitioners.Social organizations perform the function of serving the public as a supplementary form,and their work tends to be close to the masses.If we can start from the theory of public service motivation,we can explore the status of public service motivation of social organizations practitioners and find out whether there will be a positive correlation with job performance and job satisfaction,so as to facilitate the future development of social organizations.In management,it is formulated that employee job satisfaction and performance can be affected by improving employee public service motivation,improving human resource management ability of social organizations,and trying to solve the widespread problem ofemploy and retention in social organizations.Due to the lack of literature on the motivation of social organizations practitioners in public service,this study is a new attempt.The results of this paper will enrich the theoretical basis of public service motivation in the field of social organizations.In addition,it can also provide some theoretical basis for human resource management of social organizations practitioners in areas similar to the type of B district. |
