| The education is always the big people’s livelihoods which our country concerned.From education equity to education quality,our country do her best to narrow the gap between schools,rural-urban,areas.The General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee Xi Jinping mentioned that we will strengthen the coordinated development of compulsory education in urban and rural areas,while giving particular attention to rural areas on the 19th National Congress of the CPC.While developing rural compulsory education,not only the hardware facilities’improvement is very important and more easier done than employed-teachers,but also the rural teachers’full employment is the key point.The rural teachers are the sole of the development of urban and rural integration of compulsory education.This paper takes rural teachers in shortage under the development of urban and rural integration of compulsory education in HC County for the entry point,and conducts the methods of literature review,questionnaire,interview and field investigation for a systematic research.This paper starts to find out the total of rural teachers in shortage,professional teachers in short and rural teachers’supply out of balanced and not in time.And finding out the reasons why rural teachers are in short.The rural teachers in short demands a reasonable solution in the development of urban and rural integration of compulsory education,but which is still a big problem in restricting the development of rural compulsory education.This paper takes HC town as an example to research the shortage of rural teachers under the basic balanced development of compulsory education,figure out the problems and the deepen reasons.And then the paper introduces the measures and suggestions for how to improve the rural teachers in shortage in order to balance the development of urban and rural integration of compulsory education,and make compulsory education more equal and the teaching more qualified. |
