Research On The Multi-mechanism Of Resolving Conflicts And Disputes At The Grassroots Level

Disputes are closely related to social development and may occur at any time in the real society.The generation and settlement of disputes is an eternal topic in the development of The Times.In any era,we must face the problems of how to quickly and justly resolve disputes,protect the interests of the masses and maintain social harmony.At present,China is in the deepening transformation period of reform and development,and the complex problems in society are becoming increasingly prominent.The contradictions and disputes are also gradually showing the new characteristics of diversification,complexity and group.How to quickly find hidden dangers,properly out of conflicts and disputes,resolve all kinds of disputes at the grass-roots level,eliminate in the bud,is the focus and difficulty of the current grass-roots social governance.This article emphasizes that in the perspective of people’s mediation of disputes multivariate resolution mechanism are studied,from the aspects of public management,the introduction of the related content of collaborative governance theory,combining the example analysis of disputes the operation situation of multivariate resolution mechanism,analyzes its existing problems and reasons in the process of actual operation,and thus put forward about the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize and improve the mechanism.Follow in particular,this article puts forward problems,analyzing problems,the thinking of writing to solve the problem,research from the following three aspects: one is based on the samples,a systematic grass-roots disputes multivariate resolution mechanism development present situation,the second is that of grass-roots disputes diverse resolve the participation main body with insufficient,system implementation become a mere formality,safeguard mechanism is not sound and the evaluation system is not strictly an analysis of the causes problems such as,it is according to the reasons behind these problems,puts forward to improve the mechanism,the countermeasures and Suggestions in the subsequent operation.
